Please be aware we have a 30-day No Return Only Exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange of the same merchandise.
In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective or you ordered the wrong size, you should promptly contact us at [email protected] with details of the product and the issue. You’ll also need to attached the receipt or proof of purchase.
Wrong-size ordered products: To start an exchange, you can contact us at [email protected]. Once we review your request, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping charges. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange, will not be accepted. Once we receive the product back, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. Once your exchange request is processed, we will ship you the correct sized product.
Defective products: In case you receive a defective product you can contact us at [email protected]. Once we review your request, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Once we receive the product back, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. Once processed, we will send you a replacement product.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products such as special orders or personalized items. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
For European Union Only
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. To initiate a return please please contact us within the 14 days at [email protected]. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
